Autodesk 3Ds Max is a very power 3D modelling and animation tool which is heavily used in many different industries.
It's fully packed with lots of features, tool and options which makes learning it difficult for new learners.

One of the most important skills any new 3Ds Max user needs to learn is the ability to switch between the available viewports.
Many keybaord shortcuts in 3Ds Max are easy to understand as they are usually assignment to the first letter of the associated word.
For example, if anyone wants to go to the front viewport, they simply have to press F.
Likewise you press T for Top, and L for left.
So guess what key you need to press if you wish to view your objects in the perspective viewport? Simple isn't it? P.
However, we also have the bottom viewport as well as the back viewport, both starting with B.
Pressing B would take us to the bottom viewport, but how do we go to the back viewport?
Also, R is assigned to the scale tool in 3Ds Max, so how would we go to the right viewport?
It's not too difficult, all we have to do is press V which stands for viewports and this would open the viewports menu.
Now you can see the each line has a letter underlined.
This means if we press R while we see the viewports menu, we go the right view and if we press K we go to the back viewport.
So here is the list:
F - Front
T - Top
L - Left
B - Bottom
V and then R - Right
V and then K - Back
P - Perspective
