How to update your payment method
(Term Time)

Important:

This page explains how to update your payment method for a term time course only.
If your card is lost, stolen or expired, or you just wish to use a different card to make your recurring payments, this guide is for you!

Step 1:

Log into your account.
You can click HERE to go to your login page.

Tip:

If you can’t remember your password, you can click on the “Lost your password?” link to reset your password.

Step 2:

Click on “My Subscriptions”.

Please note:

If you have multiple subscriptions with us, you will see a list of subscriptions (similar to the image below). You’ll need to select the correct subscription from this list. If you’re unsure which subscription is the one you’d like to cancel, you can click the “View” button to view subscription details.

Step 3:

Click on “Change Payment”.

Step 4:

Choose the “Use a new payment method” option. Then enter your new card details. Once completed, click on the “Change Payment Method” button.

Step 5:

You will then be taken back to the “My Subscription” page.
You now need to renew your subscription if you’ve had a failed payment.
Click on the “Renew Now” button.

Step 6:

Then choose the new card and click on the “Place Order” button.

Please note:

If you have multiple subscriptions with us, you will need to repeat this process for each subscription.
