Don’t just play your favourite games – make them!

Have you ever wondered how your favourite films & animations are made? Our 3D Modelling & Animation workshop lets game enthusiasts aged between 11 and 16 learn the tech skills they need to build their very own 3D models & animations.

Join your fellow 3D artist enthusiasts and learn how to design 3D environments and motion graphics. You’ll work with the same tools used to create some of the world’s biggest films, including Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

These 3D Modelling & Animation courses for kids have been designed by university lecturers with an extensive background in 3D & visual effects – so you’ll receive the same quality training as students studying 3D design courses at colleges and universities…although we like to think ours is a bit more fun!

But don’t just take our word for it. The quality of this 3D game design course for kids has been endorsed by NCFE, a nationally recognised awarding body. And, once you’ve completed the course, you’ll receive an accredited qualification from them. We’re the only provider to offer this qualification – you won’t find it anywhere else. Unleash your creativity by joining our 3D and animation workshops!

Frequently Asked Questions

How do online classes work?

Just like a physical class, but online!
Our classes are conducted online using Zoom. Students can see the tutor’s computer screen for demonstrations. With permission, our tutor can view and control your child’s screen to provide direct assistance. Our tutors will always have their webcam on, but this is optional for your child.

Missing lessons:
All classes are recorded. If you miss a lesson, you can request the recording to catch up. Private 1-to-1 catch-up lessons are available for an additional fee. Missing more than 5 lessons may require additional catch-up sessions at an extra cost.

What if I'm not satisfied with the course?

We have a “No Contract. Cancel Anytime” Policy. If you’re not happy with the course, you can withdraw at any point without making any further payments. No questions asked.

What do we need to join the course?

Hardware Requirement:
You’ll need a Windows or Mac computer. As we’re teaching students industry standard tools & techniques, you won’t be able to join on any other devices such as a phone, tablet, Chromebook or Galaxy book.

Software Requirement & Licenses:
All software used in this course is free of charge.
But please note we keep our curriculum up to date to teach your child the most relevant skills. Sometimes this may mean switching to other tools or programs which may involve a license cost. If there is a requirement to pay for any new tools, we will be in touch with you to inform you.

Once you have registered for our program, you will receive instructions and support on how to prepare your computer.

How do the payments & class schedules work?
Payments are divided into 10 equal monthly instalments for affordability and manageability. The number of lessons per month varies based on the academic calendar, holidays, and lesson days, but monthly payments remain consistent. Classes run from September to July, following our academic calendar. Your child will join an hour-long lesson each week.
What if we miss the September enrollment?

We allow enrolments past September.

Your class schedule may change depending on how late you join. For example, the duration of your lesson may be longer than 60 minutes, or we may allocate additional catch-up lessons for you.

Regardless of when you join, we’ll always make sure that your child is grouped with other students who are joining at the same time and are all at a similar age and level.

How does the certification work?

This course provides 3 levels. Each level takes 1 academic year to complete and students must go through each level in order.

You’re not obligated or committed to continuing to all 3 levels. Each level has its own registration process, and you’ll need to register each year for the next level.
