Important Information
First Session:
During the first session, there can be some slight turbulence while everyone settles in. Some students may have technical issues, or need time to get familiar with the new environment.
Please bear with us while our tutors do their best to help everyone out. Your patience and cooperation is highly appreciated!
Calendar:
Even though our classes run during school term-time, we do have a slightly different timetable. Please make sure to visit our calendar to know exactly when classes run, and when they don’t.
Payments:
As our courses come with an NCFE accredited qualification, they are sold as an entire package which includes registration, tuition, assessment, internal verification, external quality assurance and many other factors required to issue your child’s qualification.
Each month, students will have a different number of classes. If you’re paying for your child’s course in monthly installments, please note your payments are not based on the number of sessions you get within a given month.
You’re simply paying for the entire package, but in smaller monthly installments.
For more information, please read our T&C.
Tutor Change:
In order to ensure we deliver the most up to date topics in technology & design to your children, we usually hire tutors who are either lecturers at colleges/universities, or students working towards their Bachelor’s, Masters or PhD.
This also means at times their work or study timetables may overlap with ours, or they may simply require some time off to focused on their next exam or deadline.
In such cases, we may provide a different tutor, either temporarily or permanently. We understand this may not be ideal, but it is a necessity to ensure your children always receive the most up to date lessons. We apologies in advance for any inconveniences this may cause, and we’re grateful for your understanding.
